Per Diem Physical Therapist

Job Description

Provides medically prescribed physical therapy services for homebound patients, contributes to the development of a total rehabilitation program and offers consultation to other members of the patient care team. Reports to the Therapy Supervisor. EOE

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed in the State of Connecticut
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in Physical Therapy preferred
