Per Diem Occupational Therapist

Job Description

Provides occupational therapy services to homebound patients, contributes to the development of a total rehabilitation program and offers consultation to other members of the patient care team. Reports to the Therapy Supervisor. EOE

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed in the State of Connecticut
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in Occupational Therapy preferred
