Job Description
Full time position in fast- paced home care agency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, computerized scheduling of all agency visits (nurses, therapists and home health aides) and meals-to-home. EOE

- Must be able to coordinate staff skills with patient needs
- Excellent people/telephone skills a must
