Job Description
Gives skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients and their families in homes, clinics and other community settings in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Performs the functions of a primary care nurse with additional hospice duties. Reports to the Hospice Director. EOE
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
- One year home care experience and expertise in the care of the terminally ill preferred
