The registered nurses of VNA East are highly skilled, experienced and caring professionals who provide the full spectrum of expert nursing services, including specialty skills such as wound care, obstetrical care for new moms & babies and HIV treatment. Our nurses evaluate each patient’s condition to develop a personalized plan of care and coordinate all appropriate agency services. They also serve as the vital link in the chain of communication between patient & physician and assure a smooth transition from hospital or nursing facility to home.
